Why It's Never A Good Idea To Demonize Success

Why It’s Never A Good Idea to Demonize Success

“They’re rich — so they must all be evil,” is an all too common mindset as it is cancer plaguing our great nation — and it’s never been a right-wing/broken-wing issue as the liberal entertainment industry doesn’t appear to be embracing and defending poverty and distributing their armed gated mansions anytime soon.

Taking the easy way isn’t an easy way. What is the easy way for you? Winning the lottery? A life of crime? Maybe it’s marrying someone for their money or money making potential. We make mistakes, but we don’t achieve greatness through laziness, wishful thinking, or unscrupulous behavior. Hard work, unwavering dedication, sacrifice, and sound judgment look pep-talk-ish on paper, but the better part of the equation in the end.

With little risk there is little reward, and the crazy never die — they go to the bank. Being able to read, write, and calculate the cost of doing business requires an education, and learning as much as possible before joining the workforce is what gives an individual the upper-hand in navigating this unpredictable journey called life.

But if you can’t implement and execute what you learned growing up — what are you doing with your life?!?

Why waste your breath complaining about how other people seem to have more money than you? There is always going to be someone with deeper pockets, nicer homes, flashier cars, and better tech toys in their fleet of goodies.

You’re on this planet for a short time, so why make yourself miserable in an attempt to demonize those who dreamed big and achieved their goals?
