10 Simple Money Saving Hacks

10 Simple Money Saving Hacks  Looking for some simple ways to save money? Here are ten simple hacks you might try to cut back on personal living expenses: Learn To Cook   Eating at restaurants can be expensive! Learn to cook and prepare healthy meals for you and your family. If you feel as though you lack talent in this arena, start simple. You'll find the cost of raw, unprocessed meat from the grocery store is significantly lower than even some of the cheapest fast-food restaurants out there (not to mention, significantly healthier!) If you're concerned about burning or under-cooking your food, invest in a crockpot, as they are practically as foolproof as the microwave. If you don't consume everything you prepare that day, be sure to immediately freeze any leftovers.  Buy 100's Cigarettes If you are a smoker but don't want to roll your own or vape, switch to 100's. 100's cigarettes are the same price as kings but with more tobacco and a ...

Top 5 YouTube Channels of 2019 (so far)

Top 5 YouTube Channels of 2019 (so far)  I've been a huge fan of YouTube since its inception in 2005, so with no further ado, here are my top five my favorite channels in 2019 that are entertaining as they are informative (in no particular order): SNES Drunk A phenomenal channel for those who grew up in the 16 bit generation. SNES Drunk does short 7-10 minute reviews on many classic and rare Super Nintendo games that you might have missed out on back in the day, offering insight into things like replay value, game mechanics, and originality. If you enjoy action platformers on any console, I highly recommend this channel for gamers with a penchant for nostalgia. Game Sack This is my personal favorite channel for classic console gaming. Joe and Dave have been friends since childhood, and their delivery of content is second to none in my opinion. A very professional channel that has something for every type of console gamer out there. Better Than Food  Cliffor...

Is My Content Shareable?

Image
Is My Content Shareable?  I’m not talking about whether or not your content has a Share or  Call To Action button. In theory, doesn’t everyone's? I’m touching on the quality of your content - whether it be a few words or a 50 page eBook. Consider the following: Do people share your posts or unfollow you?  Is your content so hilarious that users have no choice but to hit the share button or respond thoughtfully?  Is your content seriously insightful enough that it fixes a problem humanity has been searching forever and a day to resolve?  Personally, I might let a post sit for a week or so, but just like a clothing store, if there is no interaction, I’m getting rid of it. Clearance prices or no. If you’re a pro-blogger spending zero money on marketing apps or programs, an alternative method to getting your content under more eyes is Word-Of-Click Advertising, (AKA: other people sharing your content organically on social media or other p...

The Joys of Dissatisfaction Spur Us On To Action

Image
The Joys of Dissatisfaction Spur Us On To Action  Can we be joyfully dissatisfied? I argue that we can. Everything that dissatisfies us about our life is a sign that we can improve in certain areas.  If we were in a constant state of satisfaction, we wouldn’t value anyone or anything.  While it’s true that we need to be thankful for what we do have, there is nothing wrong with taking a personal assessment of what we are dissatisfied about.  I didn't ask to be brought into this world, and neither did you (I’m assuming), but I choose to make the most of the money, time, resources, and relationships I have while I’m alive.  Do you?  If not, you probably won’t appreciate this article, nor will I be able to write or say anything at all to help motivate and encourage you. I'm not saying there isn't any hope for you, because maybe I'm not a source for you. Go back to your movie or TV show.    As for all the rest of us seeking ...
